Shipping Coverage
Bagverse currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available. Any future changes will be announced on our website.
Shipping Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT -5:00 EST) are processed on the next business day
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (orders processed Monday to Friday)
- Transit Time: 2–3 business days after shipment
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Bagverse applies a flat shipping rate of $10 on all orders.
The shipping cost is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment is completed. There are no hidden shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates allow you to follow your shipment until it is delivered.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
- Address changes can only be requested before the order is shipped
- Once an order is in transit, address modifications are not possible
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping charges may apply

While Bagverse does not control carrier operations, we will assist by providing tracking updates and guidance when delays occur.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and item. After review, we will provide appropriate assistance according to our policies.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, please first check with neighbors or the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can review the situation and guide you on the next steps.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and returns must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
