  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Duration: 4–6 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days in total

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or peak season volumes).

Tracking Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time via the carrier’s website.

Shipping Methods

  • We primarily ship via FedEx for reliable and timely delivery.
  • DHL Express (1–3 business days) is available upon request for faster delivery, but additional charges apply and are not included in the flat shipping rate.

Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, the address cannot be modified.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bagverse.store with your order number and photos of the package/item. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue with a suitable solution.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Incorrect Address
