At Bagverse, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and customer friendly return and refund process, in line with our commitment to quality service.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn,
- In its original condition,
- With all tags attached,
- In its original packaging,
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@bagverse.store within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping & Labels
- If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use their preferred carrier.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Bagverse will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
All items must be shipped back using a trackable mailing service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days from approval, please contact us at support@bagverse.store.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery for us to provide a suitable solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification,
- Products without original packaging or tags,
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
