30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn,
  • In its original condition,
  • With all tags attached,
  • In its original packaging,
  • Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@bagverse.store within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return address.

Return Shipping & Labels

  1. If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use their preferred carrier.
  2. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Bagverse will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

All items must be shipped back using a trackable mailing service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days from approval, please contact us at support@bagverse.store.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery for us to provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification,
  • Products without original packaging or tags,

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item first. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
