A. Bagverse sells handbags that are designed for everyday use.
Q . Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A. Right now, we only ship within the United States.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. We charge a flat shipping fee of $10 on all U.S. orders. Faster shipping with DHL is available at an extra cost.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking link to follow your package.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Please check our [Return & Refund Policy] for details.
Q. Do you give refunds?
A. Yes. Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Q. What if I get the wrong or a damaged item?
A. Please email us at info@bagverse.store with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We currently accept secure payments through Stripe.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours if it has not been shipped.
Q. Do you charge any extra fees on returns?
A. No, we don’t charge restocking fees. Customers only pay return shipping unless the item is wrong or damaged.
